Award: $2,500 scholarship + three-month part-time paid remote internship with Scout Lab

Established in 2026, the Scout Lab Fellowship will award one student annually who is pursuing career in public relations or communications. This fellowship will annually award one student with a $2,500 scholarship and a paid three-week part-time remote internship with Scout Lab.

Scholarship Criteria:

Judges will be looking for applicants who meet the following criteria:

• A registered undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college or university.
• A rising senior, graduating senior, or graduate student.
• Pursuing a career in communications, public relations, or a related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States, have a state-issued ID and second form of identification for hourly work.
• Preference for applicants with the ability to work in person in New York, NY.
• Preference will be given for applicants with:

  • Interest in PR, communications, or journalism
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiasm for Scout Lab's vision
