Established in 2026, the SolComms Fellowship will award one BIPOC-identified and/or LGBTQ-identified student annually who is pursuing career in public relations or communications. This fellowship will annually award one student with a $5,000 scholarship and a paid thirteen-week full-time internship with SolComms in New York, NY.

Scholarship Criteria:

Judges will be looking for applicants who meet the following criteria:

  • A registered undergraduate student at an accredited college or university.
  • A graduating senior.
  • Pursuing a career in public relations or communications.
  • BIPOC-identified and/or LGBTQ-identified.
  • Authorized to work in the United States, have a state-issued ID and second form of identification for hourly work.
  • Ability to work in person in SolComms’ office in New York, NY four days per week (Monday-Thursday).
  • Ability to work 34 hours per week from 9 AM-5:30 PM during fellowship.

This scholarship is funded by SolComms.

Internship Salary: $17.00/hour
