Andréa Richardson is Executive Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Zeno Group. Over the last two decades, Andréa has provided strategic counsel to top global corporations, nonprofits and public entities on diversity, inclusion & equity strategies.

In the hospitality sector, Andréa worked at Hilton as a member of their Global Corporate Affairs team. In her role, she led multicultural & diversity initiatives for Hilton’s corporate responsibility, marketing, communications, & external affairs. At Hilton, Andréa also managed crisis & issues strategies & cultivated and grew strategic relationships with the US Department of State’s Global Equality Fund, IGLTA and NAACP.

Andréa is a regular speaker at key conferences and stakeholder workshops both in the Unites States and around the globe. Over the course of her career, Andréa has been named Out & Equal’s Outstanding Champion, Black Enterprise Magazine’s Top Female Executive in Advertising & Marketing and was recently named one of the 100 Most Influential Persons of African Descent in Business and Entrepreneurship as proclaimed by United Nation’s General Assembly.

Andréa received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication & Media Studies from Pace University and a Master’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Media Management from Metropolitan College of New York.
