The strategist and pioneer of people-first transformations, the former CEO of Porter Novelli creates purpose-driven mission, vision and values that inspire employees to change the world and create  greater potential for themselves, the organization and its stakeholders.

Leading Porter Novelli’s four-year global transformation from a generalist PR firm into a global purpose communications consultancy, Brad shaped the company into an exemplar of the very values and capabilities that clients like Comic Relief and Valuable 500 seek to develop.

A champion of Diversity & Inclusion, Brad embeds diversity principles and practices into all leadership, talent, business and philanthropic initiatives to foster creativity and inclusivity. He established the 1forAll initiative, committing 1% of all employees’ time to pro bono D&I and human rights organizations. Under his leadership, PN achieved greater than 50% diversity on its Executive Committee and among Managing Directors and 60% female leadership company-wide.

Today, Brad is founder and CEO of Mission + Cause (M+C), a consultancy for agency and in-house communications organizations driving growth, impact and talent strategies. The fastest growing group within M+C is the firm’s full executive search and talent recruiting service. To date, M+C has delivered greater than 50 percent BIPOC candidate slates with the strong belief that the industry can drive diversity and change.

In addition to his executive roles with Porter Novelli, Brad holds numerous board roles, including Board President of the Global Impact Relations Network, Executive Committee Member & Former President of the Board of Trustees of the University of Georgia Grady College, Board of Directors for Wellroot Family Services, Board of Trust Member of the LAGRANT Foundation and additional roles with Junior Achievement of Georgia, PR Council, and Jack & Jill Late Stage Cancer Foundation.  Brad also was actively involved in the CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion initiative lead by PwC.
