Emile Lee is Vice President, Corporate Communications for Geisinger Health System. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications for WarnerMedia. He was responsible for leading strategic communications for the company including media relations and publicity, corporate internal and external communications, and executive communications.  Prior to joining WarnerMedia, he was the SVP and Global Head of Communications for Dun & Bradstreet, where he managed and led the company’s internal and external communications team. Before Dun & Bradstreet, Emile led communications for Johnson & Johnson’s Consumer business across North America, where he focused on building brand equity, employee engagement and helping to drive the company’s growth agenda. During his tenure at Johnson & Johnson, he also led communications for J&J’s OTC (Over-the-Counter) medicine division, where he was part of the management team that successfully re-introduced the company’s consumer products back to store shelves. He was a Board Member of the Consumer Healthcare Products Association’s (CHPA) Educational Foundation from 2014-2016.

Before joining J&J, Emile led communications at SAP Canada, North America and the Americas respectively where he was responsible for internal and external communications, media relations, corporate social responsibility, and government relations. While based in Singapore, he led corporate communications in Asia Pacific for EDS and CommerceOne. He also spent many years on the agency side, having worked in South Korea and Singapore for Hill & Knowlton, and the Wilcox Group – a crisis and issues management firm – in Canada. Emile has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto – Victoria University in political science and government. He currently resides in Chatham, NJ with his wife and son.
