Liz Kaplow founded Kaplow Communications in 1991 after a career in beauty, fashion, consumer health and lifestyle public relations. Under her leadership, Kaplow has developed a national reputation for implementing original strategies that go beyond traditional public relations for category-leading clients including Skype, the Avon Foundation, CVS/pharmacy and Target.
Liz partners with clients to shepherd communications campaigns that exceed client objectives while capturing the attention of the media and consumers. Her rapport with top journalists and producers has helped the firm earn unprecedented national coverage for its clients.
Liz’s trademark approach to the client-agency relationship and her hands-on involvement in every campaign have earned Kaplow many awards and honors, including the prestigious Consumer Agency of The Year award as well as a place on the list of Best Agencies to Work for from the Holmes Report.
An honors graduate of Vassar College, Liz received a graduate degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology. She serves on the board of Cosmetic Executive Women and is a past president of New York Women in Communications and was honored by PR News with a Top Women in PR Award in 2015.
